It's early as I write this, well before dawn. The birds are singing outside and, as always, the day holds great promise.

Today, the promise is especially lovely if you can latch onto that place of being a receiver and a listener.

Yogi teas have little inspirational sayings on the tags that end the strings of their tea bags. One I notice frequently is, "Listen and you will become intuitive." Good advice for this day when water - feelings - hold sway.

If you can just allow, allow, allow, you will be able to have the loveliest day.
