Here in New Jersey, where I'm living for the moment, the day is a lovely reflection of the energies of the day which are gently nourishing. The light but constant rain is perfect for soaking into the ground and feeding the roots of all the growing things, large and small.

Take advantage of this nourishing energy to feed yourself things that are good for you and by feed I am referring to all things, not just food.

It may not feel as though this is the perfect day; it may not feel as if your life looks just the way you want it to; but pay attention to what the day has to offer because it is supportive and it is promising. Make the most of it.
