All of us have a place inside where we connect to the light that we are. In that place is wisdom, guidance and sustenance.

Sometimes, life's challenges keep up from accessing that place and we need to seek out a grounded, centered source to help us find our own light.

No matter where you are on your journey you would do well today to plug in to that sustaining source, by whatever means necessary. You may need the light for yourself or you may need to shine the light for someone else.

Know this: the light is always there, always shining.
