Mother, Water / 4, Water

Some days it's better to keep your mouth shut. If you can.

But it's really, really, really difficult to keep your mouth shut when feelings are welling up inside you.

It's hard to have a strategy where your heart is involved.

On the other hand, sometimes it's just that you've got all these feelings inside and you can't find words for them at all. You'd love to tell someone, but you just can't bring yourself to speak.

One way or the other, look for a gap today between what might like to get said and actually saying it.

At the end of the day, remember to let it all go. Forgive yourself, if necessary, and move on. Forgive the other(s), if necessary and move on. Because as long as you are feeling you are doing the best you can do as a sentient human being and if you don't get it right today, at least you can learn from it.

Holy Cow! I think I'm 2 for 2 with your blogs today, V!

Sometimes it feels like you are right inside my head with these readings!

I had several dreams this morning, and another was one that opened my heart. A real understanding of what needed to be forgiven and let go of...my own judgment.

When something happens, even though we feel it might be abberrant somehow, we have NO IDEA what might really have happened. Sometimes it's better to sit and deal with the emotions then to blurt it all out there before we've even had time to process.

Thanks for this. The tears felt really good today.
