Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...it's been a couple of days. Or at least it feels as if it has been.

The energetic 'cool drink of water' this day can provide will bring some welcome relief.

Three's and Nine's are magical numbers too, hinting at celebration and completion. The week is over, hooray! But maybe, for some of us, other things may be over, too. That sense of relief may, indeed, be soul deep.
