Sometimes it feels as if the demands of your spirit self are more than you can handle.

Keep in mind that the old adage, you are never given more than you can handle, is true. Whatever it is, you can and you will handle it.

Remember, though, that handling it doesn't always mean that things turn out the way you wanted them to. It just means that things are taken care of...the way your spirit self needs for them to be taken care of, not necessarily the way your egoic self intended.

Today is a day to surrender to your larger self. You might as well get used to it because you can't change it.
