That sense of urgency that's in the air, it's all in your head.

Of course it's in your head, it wouldn't be anywhere else.

The processes of the earth move in their own time. Your process has its own time too. 

You know how it is when you are 'in a hurry.' You miss things, drop things, forget things. There are times to move slow and thoughtfully. There are times to move with haste. Being in a hurry is going faster than the process requires. Rushing to get out of the way of a speeding car is exactly what the process requires. 

Move towards your destination with ease and grace. Let that be your guide, your speed limit. If you are not acting with ease and grace, you are going more quickly than the process requires to be well done.
