Inspiration.
It means, literally, to take Spirit in. (Interesting that it also means to breathe in.)
Inspiration is in the air today but so, too, is an active mind. And an active mind can wreak havoc with the purity of inspiration. It can twist it; it can bend it; it can scare it away.
You know what helps to keep inspiration in charge when the mind is being feisty? Music.
The old aphorism was that music soothes the savage beast. It quiets the mind as well.
Make the most of a promising day, use well chosen music to create a focused space for yourself and let your Spirit Self take it from there.
