Water Father / Water

Whew!
Finally...out of the frying pan and...oops!
Talk about the other side of the coin!
Air, air, air, air, air, air...water. So we're out of our minds and into our hearts so deep that we're not sure we know how to swim here.
You'll learn. Everybody does.
When I was a kid I learned how to swim that way you hear about, the way no one wants to learn how to swim. I got tossed over the side of a boat, and into the bay. At least it wasn't the ocean. I learned and I learned fast.
So take a deep breath, or ten, or twenty and relax, because there's nothing you can do about it. Let your body be your guide. When people talk about feelings, it's always the heart that gets the attention. But feelings are...feelings. They're everywhere in your body. Gut feelings are particularly strong. When something is just right for me I get a wonderful little feeling...elsewhere.
Your body knows just what to do - always. Surrender to it and to what it is telling you and you can make it all the way back to shore, no problem.
