Oh, I know you get sick of hearing that when it comes up but I promise you, if you can use your mental prowess to bring you back to the moment and back to the moment and back to the moment again, it wouldn't come up at all. Because when you are paying close attention to whatever it is that is going on with you, time flies and that which is coming seems to arrive almost unexpectedly.
