5 Water / Air

If you're smart, whenever you take a shower you ask the water to take away everything that the preceding day, (or days, depending on your showering habits), has brought you. Everything. Not just the troublesome and the disappointing, everything.
Everything.
Letting go of good things can seem, at first blush, to be counterproductive. Who doesn't want good things? And who doesn't want as many good things as they can get? But letting go of good things - happiness and success and joy and all those other good feelings - is the only way to make room for bigger good things.
Today there may be a tendency to cling. Old memories may float to the surface of your senses, calling you back to simpler times, or an easier life. Don't be seduced by the past. Don't set your sights on what has been. Don't not take a step forward because where you are feels so good.
