Be nice to yourself. Be kind. Be gentle. And extend that to those with whom you come in contact.

This is a day for peace, understanding and love, especially in numbers. That's why I said to be kind to yourself, because you are a complex being. No one of us is one way all the time. We have facets and sometimes those facets are troublesome, especially to those of us who are striving to become more conscious.

Judgment is less than worthless. It is actually detrimental. Judgment tears down where what is needed is building up. So if your behavior - or that of someone else - is less than perfect today, be compassionate, offer assistance. Only love can make profound and lasting change.
