We don't always have the luxury of being at our best. We can't always find, when we reach down deep inside, the resources we need - emotionally - to tide us through whatever it is that we are struggling with. And it feels just awful to be there, at the bottom of yourself.

But you have a very good mind. Use it...if only to re-mind yourself to keep going.
