I had a client once who very wisely quoted a teacher she'd once had as saying, "You know what you know but you don't know what you don't know."

More true words were never spoken, especially when it comes to the realm of feelings. Sometimes, there you are, just minding your own business, when out of nowhere a seemingly innocuous interaction summons up feelings you didn't know you had.

So, I'm just saying...it could happen.
