A brief aside, by way of explanation: The Sacred Earth, Seven Element deck, extrapolated, interpreted and created by yours truly is an honoring of not only worldwide metaphysical systems but also of the processes of life on Earth, hence, as in Asian Five Element theory, there is an understanding that these said elements interact with each other in very specific ways. When the cycle is perfectly sequential - Water > Tree > Air > Fire > Earth > Metal - (I know, there are only six elements there, that's because the seventh element is Aether and interacts freely with all) - actions and events proceed more smoothly. On a day like today, when an element is skipped in sequence, there may be a bit more of an edge to the day.

Today we have Water and Earth, no defining, reversed cards to enlighten or to strengthen, just Water and Earth. And not just Water and Earth but two Fours as well. Water and Earth together can equal anything from a slippery, slurry to a useful material from which can be crafted pots, cups, bowls, etc. Four, with its natural tendency to rigidity, is a natural with the Earth element but not so much with the Water, where it tends to add a feeling of stuckness.

So, be generous today, with your money, with your stuff, with things of the material world. Make a donation. Give something to someone or risk an underlying feeling of yukkiness that can only go back to not sharing with others because we are, after all, the other and what we give away is a reflection of who we think we are.
