Nobody ever said it was going to be easy.

Understand that where you are now - Air 10 / Metal 7 - is a place, essentially, of having to re-frame how you are going to do what you have set out to do when you have changed from the person you were when you first set out to do what you are doing.

This may mean re-framing the goal itself in light both of who you have become while you were walking down the path towards where you thought you were going in the first place..

It happens.

All those role cards, reversed - Son, Mother, Daughter - they're all Air cards, cards referring to the intellect and the thinking processes of those aspects of your Self. The only one missing is the Air Father, the part of you, most likely, that set the goal to begin with.

Notice, too, that the beginning cards in the series are both of the Major Arcana, Aether. This says that the goal, originally, was just as it should have been. It came from the highest level of your self at the time. It needed to be. But you've changed.

Time to re-organize your thinking.
