Once we have gotten our emotions under control (Water / Metal) we can see the reality of things. We may be the center of our world, but there are other people out there with their worlds to be considered, worlds in which they sit at the center.
 
It will benefit us to be generous (Earth 6), to be helpful (Earth Father) and, if it is needed, to motivate the other to action.
