Air is the suit of the intellect, a facility that has a tendency to take over. Most of us find that we are victims of our own minds, trapped in endless, mindless chatter, most of it useless...not today...not if you can help it...please. Because today the energies are present for some very real, bona fide mindlessness, some blessedly wordless drifting. All you have to do is create a space where your spirit can take off for a while and leave the mundane behind.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the mundane. I'm all about being in the world. But a day like today can be like a mini vacation for your mind, refreshing you and rejuvenating you, making the everyday just that much more enjoyable when you turn back to it.
