Leading to Fire- the energy of your Spirit Self -  inspiration, philosophy, the expression of the heart in the world, often as work - Air feeds fire and so adds support and.or actual fuel, amplifying Fire energy (male)

Leading to Earth- the material world and all that it entails including the business of survival and therefore money and the well being of the physical body - Air drys the Earth, blows it around - this can be a challenging combination, though that can be modified by other cards or the nature of the Earth card. Some earth cards, like the Two and the Four, can be helped a little by the movement Air can provide (female)

Leading to Metal  - Will Power - the expression of mental abilities for a purpose - male/male, a potent combination for moving forward with plans or whatever is at hand - if surrounding cards seem troublesome this combination can imply a struggle surmounted (male)

Leading to Water - Feelings, all sorts - Air evaporates Water but can also stimulate it to action, though some Water power is usually lost in the process - this is often a conflictual combination, except where the Air card implies that some sort of angst is at hand, (Three, Four) when the Water card can either mollify or exacerbate the condition (female)

Leading to Wood - personal growth, nurturing - Wood gives birth to Air so this progresion is natural, though reversed when Air is supporting implying some sort of dynamic or friction, yet the overall result is usually helpful even if that is not immediately apparent  (female)

And then we start again....Aether - That which is larger than all we know - The flow we are often advised to go with - Aether supported by Air suggests a certain mental ease with whatever situation is at hand, an understanding that things are as they should be
