The arguments you have with yourself are almost always the most trying, especially when heart and head are at odds. Resolution, in this case, comes from the Spirit Self stepping in and taking over, putting you back on track, allowing you to be productive and useful again. 

Notice how neatly Air Father (a male energy in a male element) and Water Mother (a female energy in a female element) compromise into Air Mother (a female energy in a male element) allowing for at least a little flexibility - albeit only a little, it is Air Mother, after all - and  the possibility of coming together, which the Two finally brings.
