You've worked really hard to get where you are now. You finally got the support or the validation that you needed and you are ready - at last! - to make things happen.

The Metal cards on the bottom, supporting, show the effort, maybe even too much effort sometimes but when Metal moves into Aether in the Major Arcana cards you can know that Spirit has picked up the ball and is running with it. That Aether appears again in the Now, as The Magician both confirms this and gives it direction, the direction you've been trying to take.
