Hooray, hooray, it's personal assessment day!

OK, OK, maybe it's not that exciting. Still, there you are and it's time to ask yourself why that is and find out if you want to continue to continue in that vein or if it's time for a change and, in either case, ponder the possibilities.

Not a bad activity for those of you trapped in a too hot day as pondering rarely works up a sweat. If it does, it really could be time for a change!
