You may feel restricted today, bogged down with responsibilities or just tied to something you'd rather not be tied to. It's a crap feeling but you should know that it's born out of having recently felt so good, so free.

The contrast between soaring with Spirit and feeling mired in your your materiality can be stark. Remind yourself of that. The Earth experience is, after all, what you came for.
