Personal growth is, of course, an ongoing thing and more like the spiral of a wrapped cord, I think, than straight linear or even winding because there's a cyclical quality to it, a revisiting of aspects of the self, a re-seeing of the self through the new eyes that were created by some previous revision.

Today brings just such a re-seeing, allowing you to re-place yourself in context with another or with others. Accept the information you bring yourself as valuable. Do not judge yourself, just observe, be conscious and take than next step out into the world that you have helped to create for yourself.
