Some days our Spirit shines through even more brightly than usual. Almost always, we've worked for it but the work that grants us this day is long past so it may feel like a pure gift from one dimension of our being to another. Today, this gift has the potential for very physical ramifications which is to say that if you follow the urgings of your Body (yes, that's right, your Body) it will lead you to an experience of what it really feels like to get the most out of being in a physical form.

[Now, a bit of a parenthetical rant: The Body and its Intelligence are as close as we get, in physical form, to our Spirit Selves. I know, I know, all kinds of religions put the Body down, say that we have to rise above it...but you know what that does? It leaves the Mind in charge and our Minds - may the gods bless us all - are about as far from Spirit as you can get, tainted, as they are, by our responses to the world that has grown us and the Ego Processes that we develop to cope with that. Our Bodies...they are pure animal stuff. Pure. That's the key word. Our Bodies know what they know and they don't think about it. They simply are. They do what they do because that's all they do. Consequently, precisely because Bodies don't think, they have a clear shot at actually hearing what the Spirit Self is saying. Bodies don't have mind chatter and they don't have Egos, they are pure, pure vessels of life. And that's why I do what I do in my working life, why I train people to surrender to what the Body knows...because it knows everything it - and you - need to know. Do what you can to pay attention to it. and you'll do well.]
