OK, so after you did what you had to do, maybe you goofed off a little...well, maybe a lot...any way, now that you're back on track, for heaven's sake, don't over-do it!  You don't have to make up for anything and you can't make up for lost time, so forget about it.  Just go...and do...and be nice.
