XII Service / Earth Father

Let bygones be bygones and reach out - but only when asked, of course - to help someone else, someone who may have given you difficulty at some other time - to help themselves.
As a cardinal rule of thumb and a gentle reminder, it is said - and I have all too often felt the truth of it - that no good deed goes unpunished...so don't ask if you can help, wait to be asked. You can certainly place yourself where you would be the logical choice for someone to ask assistance of you, but I caution you to always let them - except in the case of those who are physically unable to - beckon you. Don't volunteer.
There is an energetic imbalance that is created when you insert yourself into the personal process of someone else and that unfortunate resonance will catch up with you one way or another. When you respond to someone's plea, though, you become an integral part of what that person was doing as opposed to that person - already engaged in some sort of learning event - becoming a part of your process!
