This may not be the most comfortable of circumstances, but make yourself available to help when you are asked - when you are asked! - and you'll find unexpected fulfillment.

(Remember...no volunteering! There's an apothegm that  states: no good deed goes unpunished, and most of us know from experience that it's true, yet we go right out there and jump in the fire again and again. Don't do it! Wait until you are asked and you stay in your integrity. Then - and only then! - does everything unfold easily and well...for everyone!)
