Looks as if you made a difficult decision at some point - or it was made for you - that may have kept you from being your best self for at least a little while, or even removed you from the trials and rewards of your 'normal' existence...but you're back...and now...you can really dance...well, you can really help others anyway, with what you've learned, simply by setting a good example of patience, peace and...moderation.  Just be that 'best self' and embrace what your life has brought to you.
