While it's unnatural for water to be held in, to be confined, unable to flow...it finds ways. It always finds ways.  Your emotions, too, will find their way out, one way or the other.  Twisted, distorted by the mind and its innate, primal fears, its acting as if it - and not your feelings - were the what really maters - you may find yourself trying to pin down that which you cannot really even identify.
Not all feelings have names...but they are all important.  Honor them, though you may not even understand them.
