After due process - much thought - a transformation of some sort is in the wind and it would be useful, sensible and productive, at this point, to reach out for some external input and/or guidance from someone with expertise - or at the very least, experience - in a been-there-done-that kind of way. Their way, their advice, may or  may not be exactly the information you need in and of itself, but the act of doing it, the hearing of their words, the consideration of their proffered direction, will give you what you need.
